We are looking for an ambitious and proactive Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. You will be at the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.
The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
Requirements
What you’ll do?
Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
Developing goals for the development team and business growth by ensuring they are met.
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
Promote the company’s services by addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
What you’ve?
BS/MS degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or a relevant role.
Established proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc.
Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
Excellent organizational and presentation skills.
Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
