Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation: Develop engaging, high-quality content (text, images, videos) tailored for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
Social Media Management: Plan, schedule, and publish posts across multiple platforms, ensuring consistency in voice and tone.
Engagement & Community Management: Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly, fostering a positive online community.
Analytics & Insights: Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.
Campaign Execution: Plan and execute social media campaigns to support marketing objectives, such as brand awareness, product launches, and sales promotions.
Trend Spotting: Stay up-to-date with social media trends, emerging platforms, and industry best practices to keep the brand relevant and competitive.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, design, sales) to ensure cohesive brand representation across all channels.
Influencer Partnerships: Identify and collaborate with influencers to amplify brand messages and reach new audiences.
Qualifications & Skills
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience (2+ years) managing social media accounts for brands, preferably in a competitive market.
Fluency in Thai and English (written and spoken).
Strong knowledge of major social media platforms, tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social), and analytics platforms.
Creative writing skills with attention to detail and brand voice.
Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) and basic video editing skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
Experience with paid social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Google Ads).
Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.
Familiarity with influencer marketing and partnership strategies.
Background in data-driven marketing with a focus on ROI optimization.
