Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation: Design, write, and publish engaging, high-quality content tailored for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and emerging networks.

  • Strategy Development: Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with marketing goals and brand identity.

  • Community Management: Monitor, engage, and respond to comments, messages, and mentions to foster a loyal online community.

  • Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns, identify trends, and report insights to stakeholders.

  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and conversions.

  • Brand Advocacy: Collaborate with influencers and partners to amplify brand messaging and reach new audiences.

  • Trend Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to ensure innovative approaches.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (designers, content creators, marketing) to ensure cohesive brand messaging.

Qualifications & Skills

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Proven experience (2+ years) in social media management, preferably for global or regional brands.

  • Fluent in Ukrainian and English; additional languages are an asset.

  • Expertise in using social media platforms, tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), and analytics software.

  • Proficiency in design tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.

  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills for diverse audiences.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of paid social media advertising and A/B testing.

  • Experience in video content creation and editing (e.g., TikTok, Reels).

  • Familiarity with SEO principles and digital marketing strategies.

  • Background in crisis management or online reputation building.
